Transparent and flexible passivation of MoS2/Ag nanowire with sputtered polytetrafluoroethylene film for high performance flexible heaters - Scientific Reports

We demonstrated highly transparent and flexible polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) passivation for the MoS2/Ag nanowire (Ag NW) electrodes used in thin film heaters (TFHs). The electrical, optical, and mechanical properties of PTFE coated MoS2/Ag NW electrode were compared to the bare MoS2/Ag NW electrode to demonstrate effective passivation of the sputtered PTFE films before and after the 85 °C–85% temperature-relative humidity environment test.
